Dental Treatment Provider for Veterans & Active Duty Service Members

Coronado Classic Dentistry is an official VA Vendor, which means that if you are a military veteran with VA approval to see a dentist off-base for treatment, your dental care may be covered here. To find out if you are eligible, contact your VA representative or the VA department regarding the necessary approval. All you have to do is submit our practice name and address and request an approval letter that allows your treatment to be completed by an in-network Non-VA provider. To ease the process, you can email the letter/X-rays/chart to our office at office@dentistcoronado.com. Please call our office if you have any questions or would like to see a sample letter. Once you have received notice of your approval, you can come to our office for your treatment.

In addition to serving military veterans, Coronado Classic Dentistry is also an approved civilian dental care provider for active duty service members. Military Dental Treatment Facilities (DTFs) often have extensive waitlists, and it can take upwards of a year for service members to receive care. Fortunately, the Tricare Active Duty Dental Program (ADDP) allows civilian dentists like Dr. Keckley to provide a full range of dental services to those currently serving in the United States military through the DTF-referral program. Once you have received a referral from a military dental provider, you will be eligible to receive ADDP coverage for services performed at Coronado Classic Dentistry.

As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Dr. Keckley is especially empathetic towards the struggles that current and former service members face in finding a quality dentist that is also in-network. All of us at Coronado Classic Dentistry recognize and appreciate the services rendered by our military personnel, and we are proud to be able to offer exceptional, comfortable dental care to both active duty service members and veterans.

Dr. Keckley is a great dentist! He makes his patients his number one priority and is great With kids too. The office is modern and he uses all the latest technology. He also supports the military by being in network to the military’s dental insurance. Give him a call! You will not be disappointed!
